Zomato gives Pakistan Cricket Board a spicy bite ahead of T20 World Cup shock

India and Pakistan are set to get the adrenaline pumping with the upcoming T20 World Cup clash on Sunday. The Indian cricket team led by Virat are hoping to score their sixth victory over Pakistan in the T20 World Cup match. With it just moments into the game, fans from both countries have already taken to social media to throw some friendly shots and make fun of each other. In the midst of this, the popular food delivery company Zomato also decided to dig into Babar Azam and co. before the match. In a tweet that went viral on Twitter, Zomato wrote, “Dear @TheRealPCB, in case you are looking for a burger or pizza tonight, we’re only one DM away,” Zomato tweeted with a blinking face emoji.

For those who don’t tragically know, Zomato’s tweet at PCB refers to an epic rant from a Pakistani fan expressing disappointment at his team’s failure in the 2019 50-a-side World Cup against the India. The fan, in his sarcastic video, “cried” with all his heart and said only his players were to blame for the loss who were busy eating “burgers and pizza” the night before the game.

Here is the old video:

The star of 2019, Momin Saqib, the man who broke the internet after Pakistan’s loss to India in the WC 2019 50+ meeting, is back to remind you why winning for our neighbors is a must.

In a hilarious and emotional rant, Saqib, who coined the ‘Maaro mujhe maaro’ meme, opened the new video shot in London in which he asked if fans were ready for the emotionally charged match between the two nations.

“Kya aap tayyar hai jazbaat se bharpoor Pak-Bharat ka match? Say hello toh match hain. Ek Pakistan India ka aur dusra Aamir Khan ka Lagaan film wala. (Are you ready for the emotionally charged match between Pakistan and India? There are only two matches. One with Pakistan meeting India and the second owned by Aamir Khan in Lagaan) . “

Meanwhile, the 2019 ODI World Cup was the last game between two nations where India managed to convincingly defeat Pakistan in a rain-free match in Manchester.

India and Pakistan are set to face off in the ongoing T20 World Cup at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on October 24. The match will start at 7:30 p.m. IST.
