Celebrate International Beer Day at all Pubbelly Sushi stores on Friday (today). Sip the restaurant’s $ 6 house beer, Yoshitomo Lager, which Pubbelly teamed up with Miami’s Focal Brewery to launch in October of last year. Locally made and exclusive to the restaurant, it sports a light, sweet and refreshing flavor. All day Friday, August 6, in all Pubbelly Sushi restaurants;

From 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., celebrate Jamaica’s Independence Day Friday (today) at Jrk! at Aventura. Enjoy the sounds of the Caribbean with an Iive DJ, free mini-patties, and classic Jamaican sodas throughout the day. Raffle tickets will be sold for a chance to win a $ 50 restaurant gift card, the proceeds of which will be donated to a local school to support community education.
