One of these service providers in the city is Fit Meals, a low-calorie gourmet meal delivery service that meets your calorie and nutritional needs and offers healthy, nutritious food. They organize programs based on your body type and workout regimen, cook four meals a day and deliver them to your doorstep. They have just launched the second phase of their app, in which they will organize diet plans that will be designed by certified nutritionists and dietitians.

It is calorie controlled and focuses on the individual’s calorie intake and targeted weight loss.

Keto by Dietifik tries to add a wide variety of choices to their meals. They serve Indian food, quesadillas, salads, soups, pav bhaji, Mexican bowls, Buddha bowls, tacos, grilled chicken with veg and pesto, chicken and paneer tikka and kababs seekh, among others. “All meals are prepared for both diet-controlling clients and keto clients as needed,” Puja adds.

Sharing the importance of having a good relationship with your food and the need to raise awareness about healthy and diet foods, Zeeshan shares, “One of the biggest challenges has been educating people about the importance of knowing what to eat. ‘they eat or educate people on why food is very essential for optimal health and a good life. We have different campaigns for each dish we currently have. However, it was our humble effort to replicate our original dish because we try to replicate your favorite dishes and we do it in the best possible way. For example, if it is Burmese khow suey, we reduce the oil, fat, then add vegetables and balance the whole dish.
