You should add juicy, antioxidant-rich fruits, seasonal vegetables to your diet, and avoid too many fatty, fatty, and spicy foods in your daily diet during the monsoon.
Cleanliness and hygiene also extend to your clothes. Sweat clings to clothes and gives off a stale, foul-smelling smell. Change your clothes every day, especially your underwear.
