The company conducted sentiment analysis using restaurant reviews to create a rating system out of 100 and determined the most popular types of cuisine in each region.

The company analyzed over 10 million reviews and found that in the UK as a whole, Italian food was the most popular, with the highest average score of 60.37, with Indian dishes second. place with 59.14. But would that resonate with Stoke-on-Trent?

According to the data, the city’s favorite cuisine is Indian with a score of 58.98, followed by Japanese with 52.5. The Mexican is in third place with 52.22, followed by the British with 47.45 and the Chinese in fifth place with 41.38.
