Now he has also revealed his diet. Yes, you read that right! In a recent Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) Instagram session, the 32-year-old cricketer shared what his diet looks like. “Lots of veg, eggs, 2 cups of coffee, dal, quinoa, lots of spinach,” he wrote. He also mentioned that he loved to eat dosas, but “all in controlled amounts”.

In another question, when asked: “What do you eat in a day?” Virat quickly responded, “Lots of Indian dishes cooked simply and sometimes Chinese too. Almonds, protein bar, fruit.”
