Andhra dosa, also known as karam dosa, is a popular street food in Andhra Pradesh. The thin and crispy dosas are coated with a special red pepper chutney and sprinkled with garlic flour and grams. This masala dosa has a pungent and aromatic flavor thanks to the use of onion and garlic. This dosa is perfect for spice lovers.

How To Make Andhra Dosa | Recipe by Karam Dosa:

You will need dosa dough, red chilli chutney, and gram-garlic flour. If you want to make dosa dough from scratch, here is the recipe. You can also use store-bought dosa paste.

For the red chutney, start by toasting some dried red peppers in a pan. Add the roasted peppers, onion, garlic and tamarind in a blender. Grind it into a smooth paste. Prepare a tadka of oil and mustard seeds, pour in the pasta and the chutney is ready.

Grind the garlic and chickpeas to obtain the ginger and garlic powder. When you cook the dosa on the pan, spread the chutney over the dosa and turn it over so that the side of the chutney cooks. Sprinkle gram-garlic flour over the dosa when it’s ready
