First, add the coriander leaves, fenugreek seeds, green chillies, mint, cashews and curd in a blender. Mix to form a paste. Now marinate this paste over the chicken pieces. Add a little oil, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and garlic, and mix in a saucepan. Then add the chopped onions. When the onions are cooked, add the marinated chicken. Let it cook for a while. Now add the garam masala, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder and pepper. Mix it with a little water and let it boil. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
