How to Make a South Indian Style Egg Paniyaram for a Quick Breakfast

Egg Paniyaram: How to Make Egg Paniyaram

To start the recipe, break 2-3 eggs into a bowl, and whisk well. Then add the beaten eggs to the idli batter and mix again.

Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds and wait for them to sputter. When finished, add the chopped onion and green chilies. Sauté for a minute or two.

Pour the egg batter into the same pan and add seasonings like black pepper powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. After that, heat the oil in a paniyaram pan, pour in the egg batter, cover the pan and cook the paniyaram. For the full Egg Paniyaram recipe, click here.
