It’s called chicken tikka chaat. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it? Much like a quintessential chaat, chicken tikka chaat includes tomato, onion, green chili, and imli plus chutney. All we do is – replace papdi or aloo tikki with chicken tikka. The best part is that you need less than 15 minutes to prepare this amazing snack. We’ll take a look.

Leftover recipe idea: How to make Chicken Tikka Chaat:

To make chicken tikka chaat, we need 8-10 pieces of chicken tikka. Cut them into even smaller pieces. Set aside. Now take the finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, cilantro and roasted peanuts in a bowl. Add imli chutney and chaat masala and mix well. Finally add the chicken tikka pieces and mix well. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves, sev and pomegranate pearls (anar dana) and serve.
