Cut hard-boiled eggs into rounds and coat with cornstarch. Fry the butter coated eggs until golden brown on both sides. At this point, the eggs will start to look like gold coins. Then add the ginger and garlic paste to the pan and sauté until the paste cooks. Add the chili flakes, tomato sauce, chili sauce and soy sauce. You can also add sesame seeds if you wish. Salt and mix the eggs well. The gold coin eggs are ready!
