Critical Infractions: No handwashing notification panel is displayed. Container of shredded lettuce and peeled onions uncovered in a cold room. Uncovered tea urns. Raw bacon stored on lettuce and oranges. Fried beans (44 degrees), chicken (43 degrees), cheese (45 degrees) in a cold room above 41 degrees.

Critical Infractions: Food in the prep table does not hold at 41 degrees or less. Tomatoes at 44 degrees; Cream cheese 43 degrees; jalapenos 43 degrees and thermometer 44 degrees. Undated food marked as needed.

Non-Critical Violations: Container of burrito mix stored over an uncovered case of hot dogs. The container has been in contact with uncovered food. Food worker working with open food and clean equipment not wearing an effective hair retainer. Employee storing personal food in the prep table above the establishment’s food. No certified food protection officer.

Non-Critical Infractions: There is a build-up of grease on the hood above the grill and wok causing grease to drain. Grease also collects on the wall next to the hood. Clean pot and pan shelves above a three-compartment sink have a build-up of debris and food scraps. Inside the microwave there is a buildup of food debris and grease.

Critical Offenses: Open pizza topping ham exceeds the seven day best before date. Deli Express sandwiches are dated 12/20, which exceeds the manufacturer’s written use date of 30 days for sandwiches and 21 days for burritos. Items in the hot box are not marked with the use / reject time.

Non-critical violations: cases of food stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. The soda maker drain is noticeably dirty with a thin substance on the drain screen. The handles and doors of the two-door cooler and two-door freezer are visibly dirty with food debris.

Critical Infractions: The arrival station does not contain food at 41 degrees or less. The maintenance team was on site at the time of the inspection. The unit was under development.

Non-Critical Infractions: The area / floor behind the passage through the soda station and behind the ice maker is noticeably dirty with food and trash. The pipe next to the flat top grill area is visibly covered with grease and food debris. License not displayed. Display the current license in the customer view.
